JIM'S FIRST WEEK AT WORK
As of April, Jim is working with Scoop (www.Scoop.co.nz), a website news service based here in Wellington. Scoop has a unique business model, aggregating raw news and press releases for politics and business in New Zealand and abroad. It also offers readers a wide variety of editorial/opinion writings. Scoop has a maverick journalism entrepreneur feel, which suits Jim fine.
So for those of you that know Jim, you’ll appreciate that when he was offered the chance to tag along to a climate change debate with four of NZ’s top political parties on board the Greenpeace Rainbow Warrior, it took him all of .5 milliseconds to clear his plans for the evening.
